    Is there any known side effects of creatine?

    I've searched the site and haven't found anything besides kidney/liver damage. I'm 17, could it have any effect on my growth? thanks

    the only known side effect from my experience it the super amounts of time you have to go and take a piss like every 5 minutes.

    yea im only 16 and i gotta piss like a race horse all the time . It doesnt stunt yah grow or ne thing liek that . The only prob is that if you dont cycle it your body will stop producing creatine naturally so then your fucked
