    clen ?'s

    OK so from my research so far i've got two different views on taking clen. The first is to take take it for two weeks on/ two weeks off due to receptor downgrade(clen handbook). I've also read to take in continuously for up to 12 weeks max, and every third week taking 50-100mgs of benadryl ed to reverse the downgrade of the receptors(AR's clen profile). I want to get the max out of the clen so I'm just asking for options on dosing and what other's have done. Seems most run the 2 on/2 off. Thanks!

    *This is assuming my workout and diet plan are in orderand no more than 120mcgs/day ramping up to that dosage*

    I always use the Benadryl method. Works great for me.

    Copy that!
    For best results go with continuous usage and Benadryl (or any antihisitmine) as cited in the profile.
