OK so from my research so far i've got two different views on taking clen. The first is to take take it for two weeks on/ two weeks off due to receptor downgrade(clen handbook). I've also read to take in continuously for up to 12 weeks max, and every third week taking 50-100mgs of benadryl ed to reverse the downgrade of the receptors(AR's clen profile). I want to get the max out of the clen so I'm just asking for options on dosing and what other's have done. Seems most run the 2 on/2 off. Thanks!
