I've read the term 'quality muscle' once or twice in reference to Deca. What exactly does that mean? How has it helped your cycle results? I'd love some testimonial from the vets on this one.

when i think of quality muscle, i tend to think of EQ more than deca. deca for me didn't produce a lot 'quality' muscle, but rather an insane amount of water retention.
EQ ---> gave me a harder look
DECA ---> gave me a poofier look
quality muscle is hard lean muscle. deca is not known for this. Deca makes my joints right as rain. I don't know anyone who has made big strength or mass gains from this hormone. If you have joint issues this might be right for you. definetly need test w/ it. at least at a hrt dose.

your right. deconate is like a 14 day half life. my knees feel great in about 2 weeks. I run other stuff for strength. as far as qualtity muscle, where this thread started, I don't think deca is known for this. definetely better choices for this. imhoOriginally Posted by Skullsmasher

You can cut with deca...you can cut with test...you can cut FAT with just about every AAS. Comes down to diet & cardio....Control water retention and theres no problem.
Of course deca builds quality muscle, its been the second best addition to cycles for many years, yes it holds water but you must use all avenues to combat that, deca and test have been the backbone for years.
deca actually puts fat into your muscle makeing it look bigger
