Letro is very effective for preventing progestin gyno, b/c it will lower progesterone levels and lower estrogen substansilly. Progestin seem to need estrogen to create gyno.
0.5 mg ed should be sufficent, start the letro about 4-weeks before the superdrol.

Other wise if im not mistaken, vitamin B-6 will knock down progestin levels....correct? The plus side to this would be it won't kill your sex drive, sometimes letro will make you feel like ass (speakin from exp) so other alternatives are avail. Check into b-6, and also aromasin.
