All of my BSN products recommend taking things like, noxplode and cellmass on non workout days. I now do a one on one off routine and with the price of noxplode and cellmass, I don't think it is neccessary to be wasting servings on non-workout days. Why would I need a pre workout energy drink if im not working out, and whats the point of taking cellmass if I didn't do a workout. Is it smart doing what I am doing? Or should I be taking them on non-training days? Same goes with nitrix and Axis HT.
