I really appreciate all the support, i was a little disapointed in myself cus i got rushed onto the stage for pre-judging and i was so nervouse i didnt hit a few poses perfectly which was why i dont think i won. Im 5'9 and weighed in 237 off-season and got to 207 show day, i never got bf done but i would guess 3-3.5%. I was looking to do another show soon and go in as a light heavy but i cant find anything around me anytime soon so i think im just gonna start bulkin again.

Where are you in NE? There is a show coming up in Jersey and National qualifier in NYC in 3 1/2 weeks.

Im from NH but i go to school in NY. Thanks for the info ill have to check into them cus i would really like to get some more experience, it was just hard concentrating on school the last few weeks and i gave up my senior year in football to concentrate on getting into Med-school so i kinda gotta get my shit together in school before i go through dieting again haha
Well, you just finished a show and the one in NYC is a national qualifier. You get 1st or 2nd place in your class you qualify for nationals for 2 years. I think it's worth a shot if you have the time. Something to consider.

I am already qualified, the NH show was a national qualifier and i took 2nd, but i def want to bulk a hell of alot more before i think about doing Nationals.

There is also the NPC Connecticut on November 19th at Hamden, CT. I've done that show and it usually has a good showing.

Sunday before the show i limited myself to 1 gal of distilled water for sun and mon, then tue and wed i went to 1/2 gal, thur 1/4 gal, fri and sat just enough to get down the pills. I started taraxatone wed night and continued untill sat morning. As far as diet bfast consisted of 6 egg whites and a whole grain light english muffin w/ peanutbutter i ate this sun-fri, then i would buy 2lbs of haddock and asparagus a day and would eat 1/4lb fish broiled w/ some asparagus every 2-2.5 hours and would add a rice cake w/ peanutbutter every other meal. Fri night i started to carb up a little. I had an english muffin and a rice cake with each fish meal every 2 hours. Saturday morning i did a $hit loading (2 McGriddles and 4 doughnuts) then had rice cakes and peanut butter with 3oz boiled chicken every 2 hours before pre-judging. It may not be the best way to do things but it worked out alright with me.Originally Posted by Uconish
