Im trying to follow MIKEXXL plan so Im going to lay it out my way since both of our weights are diffrent.
here it goes
ok my stats right now are 5'8 @ 155 lbs and about 3.5-4% bf.
monday and tuesday total carbs 200 and 100 coming from rice cakes after working out.
wednesday 360gms of carbs spread throughout 8 meals
carbs will be oatmeal and vitargo (waxy maize).
thrusday 280 gms of carbs spread throughout 8 meal
carbs will be oameal and vitargo (waxy maize).
friday 200 gms of carbs spread throughout 8 meal
carbs will be oatmeal and vitargo.

NOW WHAT IM NOT SURE OFF ITS HOW MUCH GRAMS OF PROTEIN THE DAYS OF THE CARB UP???? i know mike said 2-3 oz of chicken spread in 7 meals with half table spoon of peanut butter. but that seems like very little protein. (kinda scared to tell you the truth) for my stats how mucho protein should i have this days???
