    carb up plan for last week (this week!!)

    Im trying to follow MIKEXXL plan so Im going to lay it out my way since both of our weights are diffrent.
    here it goes

    ok my stats right now are 5'8 @ 155 lbs and about 3.5-4% bf.

    monday and tuesday total carbs 200 and 100 coming from rice cakes after working out.

    wednesday 360gms of carbs spread throughout 8 meals
    carbs will be oatmeal and vitargo (waxy maize).

    thrusday 280 gms of carbs spread throughout 8 meal
    carbs will be oameal and vitargo (waxy maize).

    friday 200 gms of carbs spread throughout 8 meal
    carbs will be oatmeal and vitargo.

    sat morning shit load =)

    NOW WHAT IM NOT SURE OFF ITS HOW MUCH GRAMS OF PROTEIN THE DAYS OF THE CARB UP???? i know mike said 2-3 oz of chicken spread in 7 meals with half table spoon of peanut butter. but that seems like very little protein. (kinda scared to tell you the truth) for my stats how mucho protein should i have this days???

    I might actually use waxy maize on monday and tuesday after working out at 100gms insted of the rice cakes

    monday and tuesday carbs are going to be 150 sorry i put 200 above. but 150 gm is what I have been using on my off days so im gonna keep the same until wed eventhough i train tues and wed.

    if you eat 3 oz of chicken breast, thats cooked weight, with every meal, and if you eat 7 meals on these days, that roughly 190 grams of protein, plus the protein that is available in the peanut butter, so you should be at around 200 grams, which is more than enough for your body wieght.

    ok so that 3 oz of chicken cooked...thats not to bad. =) and yes i know 200 gms of protein right now for my weight its fine. so thanx bro.

    other than that how does the carb intake looks like??? on mike's stiky one of the guys asked him if the person would weight more how much more carbs and mikes respons was 20% more...so i did the same but 20% less obviously.

    so does it look good???

    how should i treat my sodium levels??? i've been eating high in sodium not really mesured but I've used alot of spices for my chicken and i know theres lots of sodium there. to be exact ive used "lemon pepper or garlic salt in my chicken and regular salt in my tuna" any advice on how to treat it this week.???
    i was thinking of just doing the same thing and the day of the shit load eat even higher in sodium.

    how far out from my show should i stop cardio...i wasnt able to get it in today and i was wondering if i could take it as far as wednesday or thursday my show being on saturday??

    I've done it all the way up until thursday with no problems. Everyone is different but if you are already lean enough I would just stop on wednesday. If you are worried about water retention in the legs and have to do a cardio session, I would do it first thing in the A.M. on thursday for 20-30 minutes.

    kool man thanx i think today and tomorow will be my last cardio days and depending on how i feel thrusday i might throw in a 25 min session. I do 30 min sessions low intensity. after 2-2.5 hrs from a meal. i wake up to early already to do empty stomach cardio which i hate by the way.

    ok here it is completly laid out. tell me what you guys think. this is tomorows carb up plan i cant wait.

    Wednesday: CARB UP

    Meal 1: 8oz of egg whites 1cup of oatmeal and 80gms of waxy maize. 134 gms carbs.

    Meal 2:1 can of tuna ½ Tbs of PB and 1cup of oatmeal. 54 gms carbs

    Meal 3: 3oz of cooked chicken ½ Tbs of PB and 1 cup of oatmeal. 54 gms carbs

    Meal 4: 1 can of tuna ½ Tbs of PB and 6.5oz of brown rice: 42gms carbs

    Meal 5: 3oz of cooked chicken ½ Tbs of PB and 6.5 oz of brown rice: 42 gms carbs

    Meal 6: can of tuna ½ cup of oatmeal and ½ Tbs of PB. 27 gms carbs

    Meal 7: 8oz of egg whites 1 Tbs of PB. 2 gms carbs


    Approximately: 355-365gms carbs

    to clear it up a lil bit cause i made a mistake. the brown rice its actually 1 cup coocked which does not equal 8 oz in weight but it is 44 gms of carbs. that the correction i had to make.

    The way I did it and it seemed to work good for me was like this

    Mon-wed Sodium Load , Very low on carbs
    Thurs - sat ZERO sodium except for shitload on saturday
    Started carbing up friday with lots of sweet potatoes and as much dry oatmeal as I could eat
    Also cut water out completely friday morning
    Saturday morning I had a slice of cheese cake, some dry oatmeal, 3 hashbrown with salt. Then rice cakes and candybars before hitting the stage.

    I also started using a taraxatone type product megadosing starting wed night.

    i started my carb up today and i only got to meals in me so far..but holly shit ether it is placebo effect or im really filled up..i look really good in my opinion my skin tigten up a bit and I look fuller and harder than ever. i love it. i hope i can hold it this way or maybe it gets better =)
