I think for the best results an empty stomach is best, i always get my blood work done first thing in the morning ..

I think you can have black coffee, they always tell me that....

Coffee is fine!

Coffee not only is fine, but reccomended to raise your blood pressure (usually a little low in the morning)... When i go to donate my blood they ALWAYS tell me to drink black coffee...
