Not on purpose or through any fault of their own. Ok, I'll be honest. I'm talking about my girlfriend of 8 years. We live together and train together. I'm sat here waiting for her to come back from work so we can go train. Her working hours fluctuate from day to day and I get frustrated waiting for her when I could be doing my workout, so I can do other things I want to. It's the same when I do my evening cycle ride. Now my fitness has increased, I'm finding that I can't push harder because I leave her behind and feel guilty in doing so. Any thoughts?
