    Bad Calories vs No Calories

I have a hectic schedule to say the least. When i am able to get a full days worth of appropriate meals in, i do (days off of school). But for the other days I cant make it back to my own place (usually stuck at GF's) and take in sufficient protien/calories, what would you suggest.

I would hate to always have to be running to subway, drinking more than 3 protien shakes a day, or eating something "not healthy" on the fly, but that has to be better than taking in no calories right?

I would suggest cooking your meals in advance. I am in school as well and it is hectic at times. But I just cook every meal in advance and carry it around in a gym bag in tupperware containers.

If you are serious about bodybuilding or looking the best you can be there is no excuses to eating poorly. Plan out your meals for the week and always have food cooked that you can bring with you when you are on the run. When I am dieting stict I bring food EVERYWHERE with me even if I think im only gonna be gone a couple hours I pack food just incase.

Also what are your thoughts on a weight gainer shake? I need to add around 750 calories, and i mentioned before would be hard to add in with my schedule.

You get out of this game what you put in. Get up an hour early and make your meals and gain.

Check out the definition of 'supplement'. It should not replace whole foods.

Make time in your schedule, it takes 2 mins to eat a can of tuna and they can be carried around easily.
Sadly I've always got at least one can of tuna, six boiled eggs, a litre of fat free milk and a can opener and fork near me.

If you dont eat you won't grow.
