    A snack to limit hunger

I am currently trying to cut down from 16 % to single digits. I'm pretty sure I have my diet in check. (I will post it after my final adjustments) However, I have a question about a snack that I like to limit my hunger. Its basically half a red bell pepper, half a can of chick peas, olives, and kidney beans. I know there is a fair amount of carbs in the beans, however they shouldn't have an effect on my BS, because of the fiber, correct?

    Thanks,
    C/O

    I do broccoli/ s/f jello/lettuce w/ balsamic/pickles/crystal light/diet pepsi etc.

I think peas have a higher GI so I wouldn't recommend that

They just have quite a bit of sodium, but I'm not worried about that ....just load up on water
1 pickle yields 5 cals 1g carb 0g fat so I chow these bitches
