    water while on cycle

I know that drinking plenty of water is important to replenish the kidneys while on cycle, but does drinking the right amount of water per day aid gains at all?

    Thanks,
    MS

I think the answer is obvious.

Of course drinking more water helps aid flush the kidneys and liver. Especially when on orals its essential.

    Also helps reduce water retention.

I drink 2-3 liters daily. More on training days.

shoot for about a gallon a day.

I use a lot of water when I make my shakes so it isn't as hard as it sounds to get it all down

Thanks for the replies, but my question wasn't answered. Does drinking water aid in your GAINS while on cycle?

Yes, but I won't get into why. All you need to know is that just about every single process in your body HAS to have water to function properly.

Your body needs a certain amount of water for your body to synthesize protein

Thank you neverenuff. Glad to see there are some people willing to help. I was starting to wonder why some of these people are even on this "question asking" board. Test-E junky, ALWAYS ask why. You'll gain knowledge you can back up with useful data instead of just pretending to know what you are talking about.

Isn't the fact that it's necessary to keep you alive.. and being alive is fundamental to making gains.. enough reason to consume enough water?

Why would water's role in protein synthesis make more of a difference?

Fact... water is involved in the majority of metabolic processes. Maintaining these processes is essential to 'gains'.

Dehydration is catabolic regardless of how much shit you're shooting.. thus consuming enough water assists 'gains' both indirectly and directly.

    What a question.

Right. Apparently we need to list every process though...
