    cutting cycle advice

    Hey guys I am planning on running a cycle after winter. I am planning on using november, december, jan, and feb to cut down naturally as much as I can. I am 24 years old, 5'11 195 lbs about 15% bf. If I can get down to 9% bf that would be great and get me ready for my cycle.....I have cycled before- deca/test e, test/winny in the past. Never got great results because my diet was off. I now know everything I need about dieting, so this time it should work well..........I want to stay lean for summer, so I am trying to decide which substances would be best stacked for my needs. I was thinking to try sus, though I know about the bloating issue, and maybe deca or fina...what do you guys think? I don't mind a little bloating from sus.. I will continue to eat very clean during the cycle. I will not be eating "bulking" amount of cals, so do you still think I can see decent gains from the SUS? Need some feedback. I know you all will say dont run the sus if I want to stay lean but I have wanted to try sus for a long time now. I need some feedback, thanks guys.

    Im Doing Test E 500mg, Eq 400mg, And Prop For First 3 Weeks, Will End With Proviron The Last 3 Weeks. Thats My Cycle. Use Test As A Base For All Cycles.

    READ UP ON THE TEST PROFILES. IT SAYS 600MG A WEEK HAD THE BEST FAT LOSE. I THINK IT WAS TEST E PROFILE PAGE

    well by the time I am done cutting naturally I should be ready to just clean bulk and try as hard as I can to not add any more fat. So I can run sus and deca to prepare for summer no? I would run a clean bulker now but I do really want to drop my bf first. anyone have success with sus and deca?

    i understand that, my know how to keep a diet in check now. I was asking if anyone has had any success with a sus and deca cycle, or have heard of anyone having success withe the two...

    Sust and deca are great compounds, and go extreamly well together.

    Your diet is key though. Don't expect alot of gains, if you are not planning on eating everything in sight.

    It sounds like you are looking more for a lean bulk. Both sust and deca can lead to some bloating.

    You might want to look into a winstrol + prop cycle. It could yield some nice dry gains right before your cutting period.

    If you don't mind alittle bloat though, sust and deca is extreamly effective and with alot of callories you will pack on some serious muscle.

    I am starting to change my mind. I will cut down as much as I can for the next couple months because I think my bf is too high to bulk up and do a cycle, so once that is down I think its time to eat my ass off and do a sus and deca cycle. I have never bulked up on a cycle before, can anyone tell me how the fat gains are? With cardio and a clean bulking diet with high cals can it be limited to almost 0?

    0 is hard to say....

    I'm currently lean bulking and expect to add some fat. I'm also doing cardio. Honestly it comes down to Perfect clean diet and cardio bro...

    Lean bulking key workd is bulking not fattening. U can add lbm some fat will be added but you can control/minimize it... and stay around 10%.

    No one can give you a number or guarantee that you wont gain fat. But Kcals> Maintence will lead to growth.. Plain and simple...
