    ?? about my Dbol dose...

    OK..so friday night I got my Test E & Dbol...took 500mg/test and started Dbol on Sat....

    on Saturday I took 2 Dbol (10mg total) 1 hour before working out..definatley stronger....about 5 hours later i took 2 more....then 2 more again about 4 later.

    on sunday...i just 4 before working out....again...much stronger than usual...and took 2 about 5 hours later....

    what are your opinions...
    if i am using more weight and feeling stronger with good pumps with 4 tabs pre workout are the other 2 necessary or is it overkill? i read alot of different theories on doses. i would like to think 'less is more' and stick with 20mg total..but if i wont get the results i am after i will up the does.....

    right now lower back is a bit tight and neck is stiff.........ass hurts too!

    troof....ur not feelin the dbol on the first or second day bro. but whoe cares as long as u feel stronger placebo or not

    serious ? why...should it take longer to kick in ??
    i swear i can feel it after i take it....about 1 hour after...

    well if it is placebo...dont i feel stupid...

    Well it takes about four to seven days to kick in normally. Dont feel stupid, enjoy it. Placebo or not you are getting results and thats what counts

    yeah..i suppose....my flat/incline/decline bench is up 40pounds (sets)...from what i was...same with bent rows....close grip bench etc....all up about 40pounds
    tonight is squat night.....

    sounds like you should have held off before starting this cycle...those seem like natural gains because there is no way anything could kick in within 24 hours like that IMO

    maybe...but i was struggling last week with the weight i now put up fairly easily

    If you are going to take 40mg or 50mg a day do it 3 times a day @ the same time.Take 2 tab(10mg) in the morning,2 @12:00 pm and 2 @ 5:00 or 6:00 pm.

    i am only planning on 20 - 30mg max this time....

    should run 40mg split into 4 doses of 10mg IMO

    Jumping that much weight so soon, Sounds like you were no were ready to start. Well nvm, its your choice and your life.

    i am 32....6'4" 235 pounds - BF ?? - 32" waist
    training about 15 years....probably just placebo effect like everyone else thinks

    i always got a mad rush about 2 hrs after taking my dbol i took mine the last couple weeks 3 hrs before workout every day final dose was 50mg my strength went way up but i had a lot of muscle pain im off dbol now and the pain is gone could be decca doin that my gym partner says i got too strong in short time and my tendons wernt keeping up thats why i had pain dont really know i got stronger made me happy
