Hey everyone.
With a new cycle, comes a new diet. Looking to add calories to bulk, but keep things on the "healthy" end of the specturm. I'm eating pretty clean while i'm off cycle as is:
Current weight is around 175, 13.7% BF, 5'5". Very fast metabolism. A true "hardgainer". Now what should I change up to pack on addiitonal somewhat lean pounds?MEAL 1

50 gram protein shake
MEAL 2
8 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
2 Packages Grits
MEAL 3
1 12 oz. Chicken Brest
2 Cup Rice
1/2 Cup Veggies
MEAL 4 (Pre-Workout)
1 Cup Pasta
1 Can Tuna
MEAL 5 (PWO)
60 Gram protein shake
1 lg. sweet potatoe
MEAL 6
This meal differs...it's dinner so whatever the wife cooks. Caloric intake for this meal is relative to something like this
2 Sm. Eye of Round Steaks
1 Cup Rice
1 Sm. Salad
MEAL 7 (Immediately before bed
1 Package Grits
