HGH- with a week vacation a month in?

Guys me and my GF want to start a 1 year cycle of HGH. If I start and do a 5/2 routine, what would happen if we go on vacation for a week and are forced to stop for that time? We are visiting family and would rather keep it on the down low. I would be approx 2 months into the cycle when we would leave. Is there a dropoff to worry about? Or would I have to load heavier right before and after? Any help would be cool.

HGH does not need to be tapered on or off. It does not make a difference if you do or do not take it one or two days a week or not at all for a week or forever. There is no bodily hormonal adaptation to the use of HGH with a week off after two months on.

How old are you? I "preach" growth to my family, esp. wrt lowering cholesterol, etc. But I am 39, so it fits.

Depending on how you discuss it, and if you have labs to back up what you are doing, you might be surprised at how open your family might be to what you are doing. Considering the fact that so many folks believe in aromatherapy, kelp wraps, and crystals, HGH is pretty mainstream.

Just a thought.

im 34 but my family i could get away with it but, this is my gf's family so id rather avoid the whole topic being everytime they see me they ask if im on steroids. hehe

Ah, OK. I'd just skip a week. Nothing tragic.

Or, next time they ask, you could screw up your eyes, pump your face us real red, and snap out "Wanna make something of it?"...but that's just me....

Thats funny. Thanks for the info. I want to get on it soon but have been wondering if I should wait till beginning of the new year. after vacation.
