    When to start letro?

    Guys,

I've heard that it's best start letro 3 to 4 weeks before the start of a cycle. Is this merely a recommendation or a necessity? For example, say you're two weeks into a cycle and you start to develop that dreaded "moon-face"...supplementing with letro can still facilitate in mininizing these and other related symptons, correct?

I believe it takes a couple of weeks to be in your system. YOu should of started it 2 weeks before your cycle. Just start it now. You should get some ldex and save it for gyno.

letro works great against gyno. I wouldn't use letro unless gyno started to appear, because it is really strong. I would use arimidex during cycle and save the letro.
