ok so i read this in a medical journal today from my university.
6oz warm water
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 pinches cayan pepper (powder form)
1/2 lemon (squeeze into cup)
mix and drink:
says its been scientificly proven to speed up metabolism and increase avg body temp naturally. said its used great for cutting... please feel free to call this as BS i just want to know what you guys think.
