    Arrow OMG Ladies I am a female and need EXTREME URGANT HELP!!

    Alright girls here's the deal..

    I am a female ... 238 lbs ... 5'1 ... and 21 years old ... I am in desperate need of weight loss .. I am 100% FAT OMG and I need to loose it soo bad ..

    I bought Deca Durabolin thinking this would be a good steroid...

    I went on the message board today and asked about Deca some men told me I would look like a shemale if I took this stuff .. OMG I do not want to look like a shemale .. I just want to loose weight..

    PLEASE girls let me know what I should use and what is the best weight to loose weight..

    I have tried diets, excersise, and just don't work like I want it to.

    I don't mind doing excersise with what ever ya'll recommended I just need something for female body to make me loose lots of weight.

    I would appreciate all replys ..

    how many times a week do you go to the gym? What do you do there?

    You make it sound like you put the fat on overnight.YOU DIDN'T,so take it nice and slow.Like mentioned earlier post up your diet and i'm sure plenty can help.

    No offense, but you are nowhere near ready for aas. I would first check out your diet and training ruitine. You should have no problem loosing weight without having to rely on aas.

    Welcome Crissy When you have a lot of weight to lose, it usually comes off easier, at least at first. After I had my daughter I was up there in weight and I went to the gym 7 days a week and did cardio like crazy for no less than 40 minutes. Like Mizfit said too go to fitday.com (i went to self.com like the magazine and they had a really good women's forum there, very supportive) and calculate everything you eat, you will either see you aren't eating enough or your eating too much. Sometimes when people don't lose weight they arent eating enough! My BFs sister and mom are very overweight and they hardly ever eat, and I eat 6-7 small healthy meals a day and I am a healthy weight. Good luck!
