Hey all heres some info about me, in 6:1' 18 years old and 20% bodyfat, 179 lbs and I have been working out 5-6 days a week for the past 2 months preparing for my first cycle and have been working out 2 days a week for the past 4 yrs, just yesterdaythe 7th I took my first dose of 250mg test eth, and decca, 200mg, I plan to take 500 mg test a week and 400 deca a week, Is that not enough deca? also what should the calorie intake be for someone who wants to loose weight and build mussle, My current diet consists of: in the morning, the equivalent of 3 eggs, but whites only, and 2 glass of skim milk, with protein each with 23g, a lunch some type of salad or low calorie food again more skim milk and protein also throughout the day I will eat at least 1 cup of whole grain rice, also at least 1 piece of fruit a day- usually green apples, For dinner, more brown rice, veggies, and skim milk and protein, Or instead of brown rice 16oz potato, no butter or shit like that,and 8oz lean steak and before I work out I take another protein shake and one after, so that’s my diet, any suggestions
