hi, i am 19 years old and was about 15% bodyfat. i was not happy so i switched to a low-carb diet literelly about 50-100g perday. i have dropped my bf to around 8% since the summer. i am happy with those results but now want to start building muscle. could someone tell me or write me a good diet. i usually eat about 5 meals a day three hours apart. i want to have a clean diet with enough to build muscle steadily but not add on a ton of fat as i still do cardio almost daily or eod. thanks.
