And obviously I couldn't beat every car driven on the road and I gave carguy credit that his car would be able to beat me, but some cars shouldn't be driven on the road. Any 10 sec car is a beast, even on the strip and not many are street driven. It's obvious you would have beat me. Mine is setup for road racing and does it very well. The point I was making is that given all of you guys with the monster hp/torque is that for some damned reason the little 347ci hybrid all aluminum LS1 SLP put in this particular car, which was a special order even for them, with a measly 380hp, does really well and truthfully I don't get it. It's just a really balanced car, that I had nothing to do with, that I got lucky in buying off eBay because the Mercedes dealership didn't realize what they had. Where I live it is all hilly and surrounded by mountains and is a kick in the butt to drive. You guys can have the brute hp and going stop light to stop light, I just like going up against the road cars like porsche's, bmw's, big audi's, etc. on roads with curves. But, my wifes cousin has an old studebaker with a supercharged 502 and I will not get into it. Too f'in scary!
