Sust in a Satchet

Looking at a possible source that sells 3ml satchets of sustanon for bout X bucks. And it sells a 1ml amp of sust. for bout the same. This source is reputable so far from what i hear. But it dont make sence. BTW a satchet is like a packet or little bag. Supposidly theres 3.5ml in each one so you get all 3ml for sure. Does this seem right. Buy 4 satchets and you get 12ml for bout X. or pay bout twice the amount for 10 amps. i dont get it
