    19 years old, 6'1, 227

    critique, any comments would be appreciated, looking to do a 19 and under amateur show in late march. still trying to gain weight.

    well yeah, I'm still trying to pack on a little mass. the show isn't until march 31st. is that a bad idea triple X?

    dude if you are going to do a show in march you would want to start cutting btween now and january

    Today is december 4th... 16 weeks out from your contest.

    16 weeks being the average length of a contest prep

    Unless you've cut for a contest before..and you're familiar enough with your body to know you can manage it in 12 weeks (i.e. from Jan to March).. then you're behind right now.

    How much 'mass' can you really expect to 'pack on' by the end of this month?

    Start cutting now.

    youve definately got some muscle..the pics are awful tho..take some better shots,w ith a good camera, and im sure you will get a better critique
