hello.
I was wondering what is the best for a girl to take, in aiding with fat loss/cutting, mild, not too hard on the system.
I'm 24yrs old, 5'2 120lbs, with lots of nat muscle so i dont want to bulk up anymore.
I will be hitting the gym with low weights and cardio, with a healty diet plan; as well as some mma training (hopefully).
