I used every 12hrs when I ran 100mg. I was wondering if 50mg every 6hrs would be better.

Yes evey 12 would be fin. But 200mg a day is a shil load. I can not see the need for that much.

Thats true. The only downside to every 6hrs is that you have to take a dose sometime in the lastnight-early morn. Like from 1am-5am
