i had my first shot of 1ml of prop and 1ml of stana last night.

i trained the next day and it was shocking i felt really weak no pump is this normal at the beginning of a cycle.

also god damn it ****ing hurts. hahahaha

Prop hurts!! and if by "stana" you mean Winny, that hurts too so you got a double whammy......

It takes about a week for Prop to get into your system so give it time.

What are your stats and cycle experience??

this is my second cyle of prop ans stana 1ml of each eod for 6 to eight weeks. with nolvadex at th end

first cycle was deca sus dbol about 4 years a go

do you realize that the effective half life of Winny is only 8-12 hours? Therefore It would be better effective if you did winny ED instead of EOD

so how much is each ML of each compound?

try to break up the winny dose to twice a day if you are drinking it and allow about a 17% additional for liver absorbtion
