Pheraplex and Superdrol are steroids. I don't think they convert once ingested. I think Halodrol is part prohormone and part steroid (DMT) - or at least the original formula was. The new one is pretty watered down I have heard. M1-T is methylized testosterone, so I wouldn't consider it a prohormone either. 1ad and 4ad are two effective prohormones though.
