Just wondered what all your thoughts are on high protein diets and health?
Currently on a (fairly) clean bulk and was concerned that it may be taxing my kidney/liver. I've noticed no symptons, and was looking for more of a discussion to learn from rather than help.
Anybody take breaks from their diet?
Do you believe your body just adapts to it?
Lots of water has to be the best help, any others?
