I was damn tired yesterday cause i did shit in term of training for 3 days, i dont wanna give up either cardio or weights (Machine) training.
I wanna do the active rest and keep active in my rehab (If i can call it that)
When i left the house last night to go for a small jog and walk abou 20 minutes, i had some pain in the upper righ trap.
When i came back it went fairly well i decided to massage all of my back with a hard rehab ball, its about the size of a closed fist and i just put int behind my back against the wall and sort of do up and down movement to massge myself, this may sound weird but it really feels like a real massage done by a professional.
After doing so the pain then travelled down a bit and i am now sore in the lats? and a bit in the lower back.
I went at it really hard this week on weights and i have a hard time understanding the getting back gradualy to training principal, i mean each time i get back in the gym i feel good and the weight just keeps going up.
I started training last month and say i take the leg press for exemple, when i started i was lifting 3 plates on each side, the week after i was able to lift 4 plates and each side then after the month was over i could lift 7 plates on each side thats a nice amount of weight for someone coming back.
But i guess that to shape up a muscle you dont need to lift that heavy and concentrate more on forms, problem is that i am from the old school and love to lift heavy it just makes me feel good inside (of course i have an ego doesnt everyone).
But i guess that for the time being i will leave that ego in the closet and train with my head, stop pushing around heavy weights (they are heavy for me) and concentrate more on the from and pumping up the muscle.
I decided to go get some x rays and see a chiro this time around, one of my co worker say he is very good and been practcing for 10 years or more.
X rays will not hurt cause its been 4 years since i had any done and apparently he got this device that he can check the vertebrae and see which ones are not align properly.
He checks the whole body, balance, shoulders cause sometimes the pain can come from the shoulder that is not properly aligned and other cool stuff i hope.
