.5-1.mg ed is sufficiant in most cases.
It is an aromatase inhibitor that blocks the functions of estrogen (Prevents gyno etc etc). It is used during steroid cycles and in post cycle therapy.

People that I know use arimidex say that its effective, and that a dose of .5mg ed worked well for them. Are you thinking about using it?

You can use them both together at low doses for best results.
