Is 300mg of EQ every five days ok, or do I need to take smaller doses EOD? I thought because it was an oil base I didnt have to take it every other day but, my friend confused me so I wanted to ask the experts. Thanks guys.

I shot per week is fine. 1 every 5 days is fine too.
