    The fifth richest man in the world looks set to take over Liverpool football club, with a personal fortune superceding even Abromoviches. Guess Liverpool are going to be the new team to hate for the next few seasons.

    I heard that DIC or George Gillet were interested but it doesnt surprise me whatsoever that DIC will buy it

    I played soccer until I was like 14. but since I chose martial arts and boxing over soccer. was more my cup of tea... soccer was fun, but hasnt got anything on playin rugby, IMO that is.

    love to watch it though, my father and I tape all the world cup matches and watch them over and over till the next world cup

    Yeah i played rugby for a year, and it was really fun, but to hardcore for me, all they do is play hung over and then get hurt and then drink after the game...LOL It was a lot of fun though.

    Rugby is great,a mans sport.It`s a joke when I see American football,I use to play for under 18`s for england (rugby).Not saying American football guys are not great athletically,but the raw violence physical that rigby has to offer is

    Mate, if you talk to any of us Brits on here nearly 99% of us follow football/soccer to some degree so if you wanna soccer chat, knock yourself out!

    Yeah I am a soccer fan and I also think this is a bad move. WAY too much money in football now, and they wonder why the England soccer team ****ing suck.

    I might start really getting into Ruggers.
