I always prefer an AI, letro is my pick, best defense against gyno and bloat.

Letro is stronger but many are not keen on its libido killing affects. AIs are also said to adversely affect lipids when used for long periods where as nolva actually can actually be beneficial for them. Basically if you can get away with just nolva then use nolva, If you are still bloating up and suffering from Gyno then use an AI.

AI while on cycle, personally i would run arimidex .5mg ED throughout

Letro is way too harsh for just oncycle estrogen suppression. You want estrogen it'll help you grow, but you don't want too much. You need to find that line between bloat and gyno and stay right there.

For on cycle, I say keep adex and nolva on hand. For pct aromasin is the best choice.

i agree with skipp. Ive only done letro but i think i might have slowed my gains last cycle. So this cycle I will use adex since it takes less estro away

No tren, only deca with test for my next cycle

There's better options than letro if you're referring to progesterone induced gyno. I mean, why attack estro and proges if only one is giving you a problem?

Letro works great if you have gyno and need to get rid of it, but if your on cycle then I would just use Nolvadex.
