sub q fat is very low, but you can tell you are holding alot of internal fat around your organs... 12 is a good guess, but i would also guess that you are not doing it correctly as you are losing alot of muscle... a leg shot would tell the difference if i am correct..

    internal fat

So how would one go about ridding the internal fat around organs? Or is it simply a diet thing. I ask because i def think that is the fatest part of my body and it has always been the toughest to get rid of.

fat loss is systemic, u can't target specific areas like visceral fat...just diet an exercise

Consistent cardio at the correct pace/duration along with a good diet will allow you to become leaner. Try not to rely on fat loss products (clen, ECA, etc.) only. The more dedicated you are with your cardio, the more likely you'll be dedicated to your diet as well.

    Good luck!
