sub q fat is very low, but you can tell you are holding alot of internal fat around your organs... 12 is a good guess, but i would also guess that you are not doing it correctly as you are losing alot of muscle... a leg shot would tell the difference if i am correct..

my guess is 12%, but really cant tell too great from the pic
I think at 12% your abs would be more visible I'd say you are at 13-14%
I would also like to know how you can tell if you/anyone are holding internal fat around organs from looking at a pic?

So how would one go about ridding the internal fat around organs? Or is it simply a diet thing. I ask because i def think that is the fatest part of my body and it has always been the toughest to get rid of.
fat loss is systemic, u can't target specific areas like visceral fat...just diet an exercise
Consistent cardio at the correct pace/duration along with a good diet will allow you to become leaner. Try not to rely on fat loss products (clen, ECA, etc.) only. The more dedicated you are with your cardio, the more likely you'll be dedicated to your diet as well.Originally Posted by siimjim13
