Well I've been in construction work for 10 yrs., decided to stop drinking after work and start pounding the weights. Ive only been lifting 3 months and bulked up quite a bit, my question is do I keep bulking up or do I have enough size to hit the cardio hard. I know i'm carrying 19% bodyfat according to the trainer at the gym/caliper test. Any constructive critisizm would be appreciated.
Stats :31 years old, 225 lbs, 275g protein daily/300g carbs.
