    What you think bout my shape people!

    Hey, ive been body building for two years now.

    Have come along way in that time, and really got into it when I was living and working in Osaka,Japan.

    I made friends with a few body builders in Golds Gym Osaka,Japan, and they got me interested in it.

    Before that I was just into going to the gym a couple days.

    Now I am obssesed! I have even gone to college and done a personal trainers course and now Im fully qualified, so Im building my clients up at the moment.

    Anyway I took this picture today, just wanted to know what you all think shape I am in?

    Im thinking bout cutting after xmas and going in for beginer Wabba competion in My city next april.

    Anyway here is me posing!

    Sorry It`s took me so long to reply, my net service went down last night and has just come back on now.

    This has been going on alot since we moved into our new apartment.

    Anyway response to some questions.

    The Tattoo on my arm that someone asked if it was Koru, It is.

    I went backpacking in my skinny days 4 years ago around New Zealand, in the first month I was there I spent nearly all my cash I had saved up on getting that tattoo.

    Awesome though! If anyone wants one go see Inia Taylor at Moko Ink Auckland New Zealand. Best around! He was the dude who did the tattoos on the movie Once were warriors! old New Zealand film.

    Also I got all my Tattoos before I started body building, so as you can imagine they have stretched a bit.

    Not so much that they look stupid, but I can still tell.

    When I started I was 6ft 11 stone skinny teenager.
    Now im 6ft 90 kg.

    Also sorry for the poor quality of the photo, I took it with my camera phone so thats why it is not very good.

    Will take some more with my girlfriends decent camera and post them.

    I will do my first comp April 2007 in Manchester England. Really looking forward to starting my diet and getting ready for it.

    Also Im starting a new cycle tomorrow so im excitied about that 2 !
    Going with Tren/prop for 12 weeks every day jabs
    Equipose 400mg a week 12 weeks
    test Enth 400mg a week 12 weeks
    D-Bol about 50mg a day 6 weeks

    I normaly run cycles in high doses like this, always hammer the d-bols but always get the Doc to check my liver out when im doing this, so far never had any problems.

    Ive just got back from gym after back training, my back is well pumped ! Im trying to hit my lower lats more so did some close grip pulldowns, normaly just hit outter lats and middle back and lower back, so thought id mix it up today.

    Anyway im going grill couple of chicken breasts and boil some rice, broccli, mmmmmmmmmmmmm YUM!

    I know this photo is kinda big! but it shows off my tattoos closer, also im getting good result on my inner chest since adding cable crossovers at the end of my chest routines.

    I want bigger Traps though!

    Ive busted my but for the last two years to get like this

    I even give up my job so I could concentrate on training/diet/gear

    My gf didnt mind, she teaches music at a popular uni in England and she knew How serious I was so she paid rent, I just lived/trained/eat/gear every day and lots of rest!
    Have put to good use now as went to college part time to become personal trainer and im just putting together some clients now, its going well wolrking for myself.

    abs, my abs i only do hard abb work if im competion, my bf is 10% off season and i do still work abbs, just not as hard as before a comp, so my stomach is flat little definition in off, but when really cutting for a comp thats when i hammer them to bring out the muscle group alot more.
    I mean they are still there during off, its just bf is higher so not as noticeable, when i cut/diet for comp, they come out more as bf drops and i up my abb routine.
    This is the way most of me and my bodybuilder mates over here train
    During off season im happy for them to be the way they are noticeable but not ripped.
    Ive never been bothered about perfect washboard stomach year round, just for comps is enough for me.

    Why are you even running equipoise in that cycle, if your just gonna use 400mgs???

    I would drop it and not waste my time with it.
    I would also drop the test E , cuz it will postpone PCT and is not needed with test prop.
    Raise your test P dosage if you want more test.
    Why 50mgs of dbol, why not raise it?
    Also , are you running a serm or AI throughout your cycle or not?

    Hey I might drop the test e and just jab the prop twice a day to get more test

    I just like taking high doses of test is all

    Also for the d-bol I take 10 pills a day thats 50mg , ive never tried more, i always got warned that 50mg is alot stress on the liver, so never took any more than 10 pills a day.
    And im not doing sperm or ai through the cycle, i guess im lazy on that count, we dont want kids anyway, so sperm not a bother.!

    I have had liver checked out things like that, all ok!

    4 shots a week for 400mgs of EQ? And 2 shots a day for test prop?
    You do not have to inject that many times....unless you want to...
    1 shot a day for prop and 2 shots a week for equipoise is enough for sure.
    What size syringe do you use? a half cc? lol you act like it.

    Well I want to take alot of test so thats why I took prop ed and test enth, so if i was to drop test enth, to get same amount of test in me and need to jab more prop either higher dosage in jab, or twice a day.

    Size syringe I use is an inch pin, small blue, use it for delts and triceps only. very small but its what we all use here for delts,triceps. i use an inch an half to draw the oil into the barrell, then change pin for jab.

    Im going bump up equipoise def, but ive always injected alot, high doses.
    Like when I was on sust 250 I was injecting 250mg every other day for about 12 weeks non stop, plus taking deca with it. I got a little aggresive, but not many side affects, what i did get was size! so because Ive used high doses injecting alot in past, and it got me massive, thats why i tend to do same now.
    To tell you the truth i dont really stick to a proper cycle like, not many of us do, alot of competition bodybuilders here in my city dont even do cycles, they just take gear, until they want to stop. Belive me I know alot who do and these guys are MASSIVE pro`s in england, they just take alot until they deicde to cut down. they dont set it out on paper like il do this much and this much of this. this might sound odd to some, but its the way some people do it here, i am also guilty, like my last lot i must have took juice for 15 weeks, before i stopped, sust 250 every other day with alot of deca and d-bol orals every day, I got massive and never worried about how much of what i was taking, just went with how it felt and results it give me.
    anyway i know this is like playing with fire, abusing the gear really, but it has worked for me and others here.
    One thing I do is always get checked out by local doc always, ive never had any problems so far, touch wood!

    no flame bro, but I haven't seen too much from the pics that truly impresses me for the amt of time you have (no work) and the amount of gear....yet to see an ab or leg shot.....yes you are big, and most likely a damn strong dude. be proud of that, but overall, show me something impressive.

    Getting serious though, I am proud really proud, I mean ive only been doing this two years.
    One year on gear.
    And when I started I was 70kg weakline, im 6ft so I was just tall and really skinny with white skin and a dodgy shaved haircut

    Now two years on, im up to 90kg, 10% bf sometimes drops to 9% and i started hammering the sunbeds so im like black compared to what i used to be.
    So I am proud, My legs im getting my gf to take a photo, they are in good shape, but i need to shave them again
    My abs, due to having low bf year round they are always in tight shape, but I only bring out my washboard abs for comps, thats when im on my strict diet lowering my bf % I hammer my abs so the muscles all come out, then when im not doing a show il train them but just not as hard so my abs stay tight and visable but just not ripped all the time, this is how i like to train them.

    Thats cool if ur not impressed because if u saw a photo of what i looked like just two years ago to now u prob change ur mind

    I dont lie as its been better and its been worse and im not interested in lying about my bf , i mean what would it achive.

    Anyway I can tell by my photo my bf is low due to hardness/tightness in my muscles and seperation.

    altho more pics would be sweet, i can see alot from that pic, and can tell you are jacked, and look ****in awesome. props dude...diggin the tats too..did they still hold thier shape and clarity after putting on so much size? the thought of getting bigger discourages me from getting ink done.
    anyway keep it up man, keep us posted on your cycle.
