    Vitamin B-12 injections

My buddy from wrestling told me that he injects B-12 before matches and it gives him crazy energy and stamina. Has anyone ever injected B-12? It sounds to good to be true!

I haven't tried it but my supplier gave me a complimentary vial one time along with a bunch of insulin needles so i think i might dig that up and try it... anyone know if this is true ?

I wouldn't say crazy energy and stamina, but yes it could increase both. It will also increase your appetite.

My doctor prescribes it for me, I don't see a huge difference after one shot but if I take 2cc twice a week, after a couple of weeks there's a definite boost in energy.

Probably in his head. Sure B vitamins are great for energy, but you have to remember thats all they are VITAMINS. Its not gonna be anything crazy.

I like to take 1000mcg in a B-Complex blend every other day sub-q when I am bulking. It increases my appetite and I think that is about it. No noticeable energy or stamina increases. I shoot it before bed, so it doesn't jack me up at all.

interesting. a whole b complex blend injectable? i never heard of that. i'd love to try that.

see, the B family needs synergy. if im taking b comp orally, and injecting b12, the b12 has a distinct advantage

The other B vitamins aren't present in huge amounts, but they don't need to be because their absorption is outstanding when injected.

Like I said, I use this when I am bulking, but also I like to use it if I am sick or feel like I am starting to get sick. If I start to feel bad, I will do 1cc ED for about a week. It helps every time.

I definitely notice an increase in appetite when I inject B-12. It's so cheap, why not take it? There's no downside to injecting B-12 that I can think of. You can load it into the syringe along with your gear.

Before I ever did gear I used b-12 first and it was good that I was already used to injecting myself when the time came. With the increased appetite thing, and that was noticable, you should put on some weight just from that. The vet grade stuff is damn cheap and just as good as the human grade imo.
