    minor gyno??

Sorry if this is the wrong section for this question but here goes. Im 5'8" 180lbs and like 10-12% bf which is a good guess. I dont know if I have gyno but ive read all over this site and got no answer for my question. I work out 5 days a week with some body weight excercises on the weekend I have had I dont know if its gyno but my nipples are just a bit puffy not flat like I want them to be and a little bigger than normal. the bottms of my chest are getting tighter but will the puffiness go away or will it always be there. would letro reduce this or what. just want to lose this get a little leaner than start my first cycle at the end of the spring. Thanks people.

Hmmmm, maybe,,, but limited info given. Are nips sore when u touch em? Is there a hard material behind nip when u touch it,,? could be just fat... maybe supply a pic for better diagnosis (haha i sound like doc).

i have the same problem. when i started juicing my nipples got puffier and bigger. But they are not sore at all and no lump is behind them. it is paranoia. its just fat. make sure you don't play with them, that irritates them and makes them worse. SERIOUSLY, LEAVE THEM ALONE.
