Here's the story cause I know you need to know this information to help me. I'm 35, 5'11, currently 255lbs was 240lb ( 3 week into cycle ). My 3rd or 4th cycle. Right now I'm doing 20-25 dbol, 100mg deca eod, I have plenty of other gear to go good for the next year or so. My waist line is a snug 36-38 but rest of body is ripped, last check on bf was in high to mid teens, which I know is bad but I could'nt hold back, gear was getting old. I work out everyday cardio 30mins to a hour, 4 days a week depending on time restraints, which I usually just pick it up at work but busting my ass. I do a bodypart a day in gym, but sometime switch it up if I feel good. SO HERE'S THE PROBLEM!!!My DIET I eat protein at every meal and drink shakes often eat fruit,but lately I pretty much have eaten like shit so far, holidays not any sweets just big dinners every so often. I'm light on bread and pastas but what should I do after this bulking is over lower carbs increase protein and eat salads and stuff. I still have enough gear to go but want stomach to be ripped without losing size.
