got no clue why they are so big! im like 170 lbs i think and like 13% i store most of my fat in my waist / chest / stomach / under shoulder blades. but im going to do a few more months of leaning.
i cant see them very well would you mind enlarging them and reposting.

5'7" 170, are your legs very thick? 170 seems heavy from the pics. either way, good base and keep going. with a better pose selection you would have showed yourself off better. these hide alot. keep working hard.
From the pics, you look like you need alot of work.
Continue the lifting & diet and muscle will come.
Don't make excuses about your age and having no cycles under your belt.
That just gives you a reason not to succeed.
Theres plenty of natural 18 year olds with lots of size.

good to look back at myself 1 year ago, after i had the flue for 2 months. and now after poor 8-12 months of not very intese training my arms are twice as wide
2007 is my year, why i been getting my ass out the lounge and into the other forums /exercise/suppliment ect.
going to get my diet up before end of december. im going up 20+ natural clean lbs minimum in 2007 and im dropping to 10% BF!
no excuses on age or cycle i dont care im good where i am right now and proud, just dont like to see other peoples getting thrashed by "highly expirenced" lifters because they are bigger.

Your in better shape than 99% of the male population that I see so thats a good thing!! Plenty of time to grow. Hope your doing lots of heavy compound excercises to thicken you up and add solid base. Work on your diet and carry on lifting man.

You are off to a good start. I would say your body fat is higher than 13% probably 15-16%
I wouldn't worry about trying to cut that down though. Keep eating and lifting.![]()
