You probally get some good gains off a low dose. It all depends on the person.
I didnt see this, Your 17yrs old your way too young to start AS. Get on some Creatine Protein and L-glutamine. Eat high cals and high protein. Lift heavy and hard. You'll gain some weight and muscle.
