    Delts vs Quads vs Glutes

If you've been reluctant to include your delts read this. I'm 4 weeks into this prop deca cycle and just couldn't get the pain to let up and kept rotating between just glutes and quads (eod not ed). Quads would hurt bad enough it was hard to walk. Rotating this way it would be a week before injecting the same site twice so I thought no big deal. Yeah, right! Both quads still hurt and I've got a golf ball sized lump in my left glute.

So many guys on here said to do my delts so yesterday I did. WTF!! Not one fricking lick of pain, or discomfort. What's up with this little muscle compared to the two biggest in the body? Doesn't make any sense, but wth, it works. And it went real smooth and comfortable.

The lesson learned? Listen to the swamies and gurus.

I have never had any issues with any of the sites you are refering to. Delts are the only ones I have had a major pain issue with. The only thing I have used delts for is slin, b-12, and igf.

Yeah, that's what I had thought too. I'd never had any problems with my quads before and never had a 'reach', or any other kind of problem with my glutes before either. But this cycle was giving me fits. The pain never really let up and I just couldn't settle into it. But I am using a new source -- but a very reliable one -- but I still wonder a little about the gear. I had no choice but to consider my delts as my quads were getting beat up and I've got this lump in my glute. Matter of necessity I guess and it seems to have worked great. At least it'll give the crybaby muscles a chance to catch up by giving them a little extra break.

I actually only shoot quads and delts cause I can't reach mu glutes. I'm big and I have scholiosis so when I turn I can't bend the right way to reach. I get a lot of pain in the quads and none in the delts. my delts sometimes get a lil tight or swole feeling, like I just worked out but its by far not uncomfortable and def not pain. I made myslef sound like a musclebound cripple but its not that bad. just a weird angle for me and I'd like to have optimum comfort and control when shooting...... now it sounds like a tampon add, ha

i love shooting my quads, i never get any pain at all. delts aren't too bad but glutes i dread the most believe it or not. no matter what area or how many times i shoot, my glutes always feel like it's the first time.

    just remember, everybody's different

straightout lies..when u shoot any form of oil whether in your quads, glute or delt, the next day pain is inevitable. let's be honest here, we all differ in one way or the other but oil injection bears the same level of pain in all animals.

Beg to differ here, but there is a difference between the different muscles; at times big differences between the muscles.

Pain is not so much a reflection of just the oil, but the amount of ba included as a preservative.

i dont know why you would use the word lies...like everyone is lying about it, i mean what would be the point? i just think everyone is different, and usually what i get is slightly tender feeling in the injection area for a day. quads are bad for me, if i get sore its usually my quads. glutes and delts are easy.

Nope, sorry but you are just dead wrong. Most of my injections I never feel anything after the fact - period. And as far as the main topic of this thread, consider this: Most, if not all, of the injections you get from your GP or in the hospital are either in the glutes or the delts. Coincidence? I think not....

Right.. because your pain receptors are somehow linked to his.. Thus you can feel HIS pain.

Need a few more details, bud. Best practice would be to start your own thread, with stats, proposed cycle, etc. that way this thread isn't hijacked and subjects and such are kept in nice, ordered threads that help everyone as they are more clearly searchable, etc. In fact, I'd bet you'd find this questions answered with just such a search (hint ). I know this is never followed 100% by just about anyone, but seeing as this is your first post it might be good to get off on the right foot....
