I've never thrown up but I have seen people run out and puke in the hallways/garbage cans. It's sick.

even though itsnot about lifting when i played football in highschool at practice one day they served us breakfast and then 10 mins later we are in full pads and i was subbin for the nose guard and the center puked all on the ball right in front of me. it was disgusting
I throw up almost every Leg day...So once a week...
I'd wait atleast an hour. I've puked while squating, and it's not fun.
