I'm stuck with dial up

I waited a couple of monthes to get dsl from a local company and saw that they now had it ready to go so I called and they said I had to have at&t service to get it but I owe at&t like $6000 from an ad I tried getting high speed cable from time warner but they wanted $12,000 (not a typo) to install it and a couple of hundred bucks a month I could get it at my house cheap but I only sleep there because I'm gone from about 8 am to sometimes 10 or eleven pm my local service birch only offers dial up service, anyone got any ideas

It sucks trying to look up jewelry for the store since pics take so damn long plus side is it's only $12 mo. I had high speed cable at the house for a month and it was amazing I wish I had it at the salon
