the only down side to my diet is that im a massive eater and i get very hungry late at night and im looking for alternatives to eat yoghurt doesnt fill me i need a sandwich etc i need something heavy..

i didnt add in my training times due to the fact that it varies from day to day and week to week as my roster changes due to my work ......... :

also before a session i take half a serve of protein isolate and after i take a full serve...

If you put your stats in your profile it would make things easier, I know you posted your stats in a oral thread a while back but I forget... Its hard to see exactly how much protein your getting withouth the weights of the tuna and chicken meals, it doesnt look like enough though, I would have another tin of tuna with each of your protein shakes. I am the same as far as the evening eating is concerned I quite often have a main meal at midnight, again it depends on your stats, bodyfat isnt an issue in my case and IMO late evening eating is ok unless you are cutting.

Well youre a big lad so you def need more protein, 250-300g per day minumum, what youve got there is under 200g as far as I can tell, Too much protein can be bad yes, but too much for your size is 400g + IMO. Two more tuna snacks might get you up to 250g, but def weigh your chicken to find out how much exactly. I am the same weight as you but two inches taller and I start to lose weight if I go as low as 250g

Brits of my generation use both Imperial and metric, funny I was in Oz in the mid 70's when the metric system was introduced and they were up in arms freaking out about it, but now they freak out if you use Imperial

What's the macros per meal and total for the day?

Also what is the point of the diet? Cutting/bulking?
Looks like very few calories if you're trying to gain weight.
