hahah wtf are u sayin bro...na j/k listen...i'm not familiar with the trim and stim or whatever that junk is but understand alot of supplements are hype...junk...dont buy into the name....i.e...Big Dawgs Bag Sweat...buy the compound...i.e....creatin...i think thats a good rule of thumb for someone on the comeup...and if u build tolerance to something yes your body has become accustomed to having it and it will take more of that compound to produce the same effect...alcohol is a good example...your body builds tolerance and so instead of a six pack of brew it takes a fifth of jim beam...got me?...in which case it would be smarter to back off your supps or drug of choice and give your body a break befor starting again...i hope this answers your questions im kinda puzzled by the post in general...

stim and trim is a product that was originally the ECA stack (ephedrine caffiene aspirin) however Stim and Trim II now contains synephrine instead due to the ephedrine ban. Whichever one you are using I would suggest running it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. The 2 weeks off will allow your body time to adjust and when you go back to using the tablets again they will work a lot better for you.
I can give you a more scientific explanation if you like but I thought keep it simple unless asked!

Like said above, you would cycle this the same way you would a normal ECA stack.

2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for a total of 6 weeks on. Then take a break.

yes mate after 2 weeks off start at the low dose again and build it up over 2 weeks then take 2 weeks off again.
Many suffer from bloating from creatine monohydrate but creatine Ethyl Ester users report less bloating so you might try that.
First and foremost you should have your diet worked out properly, do you know how many cals you consume a day? Do you know the macros for each meal you eat? If not you need to sort that out.

work out a diet (the cutting sticky in the diet forum is good) then tailor it to suit a person of your weight. http://members.nuvox.net/~on.jwclymer/bmi.html will tell you your BMI and BMR approx. You should then look up the harris benedict fomula to work out daily cals needed. you might also check www.calorieking.com as it lists lots of macros for food groups, you cannot hope to achieve anything unless your diet is perfect. Many people fail at the first hurdle as they are too lazy to work out a diet. Eating "healthy" is just not good enough.
