i´m almost 19 years old and train 5 days a week. My body weight is 80kg with a body fat of 10% and 1.82m height.
It would be the first time for me to take steroids and i was just doing some research and wondered what would be the healthiest and the most effective, but mainly the healthiest. Because i´m scared of liver damage...
