I can't lift till 1030 PM ... how does this affect my pwo nutrition and my pwo foods? If I'm eating 6 meals a day and I can't workout till 1030PM and I'm going to bed around 1am ... how should my meals be spread out? Guess I'm not sure what kind of nutrition I need after I workout to make my muscles grow .. Cutting by the way
9am- 45 minutes cardio
meal 1- eggwhites, oats, whey with water and flax
meal 2- chicken with salad
meal 3- chicken with salad
meal 4- salmon with brown rice
Workout and 30 minutes cardio after
meal 5- pwo shake with bagel
meal 6- chicken with salad and tbsp natty pb.. (this would be about 30 minutes before I sleep)
I know there are flaws with what I am eating ... too much salad maybe ... not enough EFA maybe .. I'm gonna work that out ... what I'm really looking for is how to spreadx it out to be most effective due to my restrictions of when i can lift.
