    looking good, need to add overall thickness IMO, heavy compound lifts in the lower rep range.

    any before pictures?
    generally the pictures are quite dark but you do have some muscle. not what I would say is that great of a base before using, but that's your choice. chest is ok, arms dont look too bad (but the pics arent helping much). I have the feeling your back is lagging, any pics?

    my back is actually one of my better points, no one else is home now to shoot some pics

    my cycle was
    test e wk -12
    250mg twice a week

    anadrol 50
    50mg ed wk 1-4

    i started at 200lbs 12 % body fat

    i was up to 230lbs. while on cycle

    i ended up after pct at 208lbs and same body fat

    damn you did a horrible pct. what did you run? also what was your diet like during pct?

    I ran clenbuteral and clomid for pct

    I don't think it was that bad, I think keeping 8lbs. after a test and anadrol cycle is good, I didn't expect to keep too much, I just wanted to get a cycle of test under my belt to see how my body reacts to steroids. Eeryone I've talked to, and everthing I've read says that the results from anadrol are usually lost.

    so youre happy on spending all that money for only 8lbs? i mean w/e your happy with im happy for you but i wouldnt be happy with just keeping 8lbs for a drol-test cycle especially after gaining 30lbs while on then losing 22lbs after pct

    Much of that was probably water weight I would bet. I think 8lbs of pure muscle is actually a pretty good gain. Although I might expect a bit more if the person doesnt have much past experience using AAS and hasnt been lifting very long.

    22 pounds of water? Both compounds hold water but 22 pounds, I doubt it. Also Clomid and clen is not a great pct I would not even go as far to say its good. Clen has some anti-catabolic properities, but clomid alone would be very hard to get natty test levels up to stop the loss of mass. He lost most of his gains due to a poor pct. 8 pounds is still respectable though

    yeah, but im curious to know how much of that 30lbs was quality amd how much was extra water and fat.....Id trade 5 lbs of quality over 50lbs of crap gains anyday of the week. Hell, maye even less, as long as my body composition changes.

    i agree with uconish,

    i see a lot of guys in my gym who are heavily juiced up but they just look fat,could be down to diet or lack of knowledge of steroids.

    they brag about how much of this and that they take and how much they lift,but they still look like fat blokes.

    im only 167lbs but everyone comments on me asking what sports i play and say im looking very fit.of course having a very small bodyframe makes even the smallest gain in muscle look decent,even if im no where near the size of these guys.

    but on another note,if i WAS 208lbs id look massive cus that would mean me adding over 40lbs of mass.you must have very large/dense bones to look so slim at that weight.

    not intended to be a flame,just think you could do with more meat before juicing
